Philippines bodies back FedEx in licence row

The decision of the Philippines Court of Appeals (CA) to nullify Federal Express Pacific's licence to operate as an international airfreight forwarder has angered local air forwarding companies, which claim the move 'smacks of a shakedown' and that it will damage the country's trade.

The event was attended by 110 forwarders, sponsors and guests iand siopported the Black Dog Institute which conducts research and aids sufferers of depression and mood disorders.
