The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), which supports a global solution to aviation emissions agreed through ICAO, has issued a fresh call for a single market-based measure (MBM) as a means of achieving this goal. With the triennial ICAO Global Assembly convening in less than a month, TIACA is calling upon ICAO members to agree on such an approach at the Assembly.
