Integrated supply chain and logistics firm Transport Corporation of India Ltd (TCI) has won the CII Award for Supply Chain Excellence for Excellence in Supply Chain Design, Re-engineering & Delivering value to customers. IATA amends carrier liabilities under Conditions of Contract

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has approved and declared effective amendments to a carrier’s liabilities under the Conditions of Contract (Cargo Services Conference Resolution 600b). Resolution 600b is the abbreviated and modernised ‘Conditions of Contract’ that invokes both Warsaw Convention and Montreal Convention.
