South African Airways (SAA) will begin the first of seven additional flights on the Perth-Johannesburg route starting 29 November. The supplementary flights will run every Thursday until 17 January. The Perth-bound flight departs Johannesburg 19.00hrs arriving Perth 11.35 hrs+1. The Perth-Johannesburg flight leaves at 13.35hrs and arrives 17.55hrs. The additional flights have number three in front of the flight number to distinguish the supplementary flights from scheduled services. A spokesperson for SAA said there was plenty of cargo space on the extra flights.
